Instructions
- Answer the questions on the form: name, email, number and service they are seeking.
- Explain to them that the phone consultation is the process of getting matched to a therapist at Sage Hill.
- Click submit and you will be taken to phone consultation scheduling portal.
- Priority is to schedule their phone consult on the call.
- If the client can’t schedule right now, let them know that they will receive an email with the link to the scheduling portal.
How Much Does a Session Cost?
Our pricing is based on team member expertise and experience. Session prices range from $75 with our graduate intern therapists to $175 with our experienced and fully licensed therapists.
Do you Accept Insurance?
We do not process insurance or invoice for services, meaning payment is due at the time of service. If you are planning to be reimbursed by insurance or another source, we can give you a receipt or super bill for you to submit.
