Rebecca Bradley
Rebecca aims to create restorative spaces where people can safely uncover their stories, understand how they move through the world, and step forward from their most secure selves. Her approach draws on attachment and psychodynamic theories, internal family systems, trauma-informed care, and the Townsend Model, where healing unfolds through grace, truth, and time. She helps clients deepen self-awareness and strengthen relationships as they pursue growth.
For over 15 years, Rebecca has supported women navigating betrayal trauma through leading and developing support groups, building curriculum, and mentoring leaders across South Denver. Her own healing through counseling shaped her deep respect for the courage it takes to share your story - and invite others into the process.
Outside of counseling, Rebecca enjoys time with her husband and four children at their creekside home, designing beautiful spaces, baking, and creating meaningful moments with the people she loves.
